| Pierre Villepreux France, International Player and Coach Pierre is one of the World's greatest and most innovative Rugby Coaches. He coached France to back to back 5 Nations Cup grand Slams in 1997 and 1998. Pierre then coached France to the Final of the 1999 World Cup. Currently a member of the IRB Laws Committee, he recently retired as the IRB Regional Development Manager for Europe. From 1999 to 2003, Pierre was the Technical Director of the French Rugby Federation. Pierre is the creator of the modern Rugby concept of the Moving Game implementing his Philosophy of Movement. One of France's most famous players, Pierre played 37 times for France at full-back and fly-half. As a player, he was considered to be one of the greatest strategists and decision makers of the game. Pierre is universally recognized as one of the world's leading coaching thinkers and has a unique flair, understanding, style, and approach of strategizing and coaching rugby. He has often worked together with Lynn Evans who will also be presenting at the RMC Coaching Clinic. |
| Gary Henderson England, Head of Coach Development for the Rugby Football Union A native of England, Gary commenced the role of Rugby Football Union Head of Coach Development in June 2007 following on from his appointment as National Coaching Development Manager in 2004 and before that as Regional Development Manager from 2001.
Gary was responsible for implementing the development and revision of UKCC Levels 1, 2 and 3 and he led the development of a 3-7-11 year strategic plan for UK Rugby Coaching together with Sports Coach UK which resulted in Rugby Union being appointed as a trailblazer sport for coaching. The RFU coach education programme has gone from strength to strength. The quality of coaches moving through the system has improved and the numbers achieving qualifications has increased. |

| Peter Baggetta USA, Assistant Director of Rugby Pennsylvania State University Peter Baggetta is the Assistant Director of Rugby at Penn State University and works with both the men's and women's programs. Peter has worked with teams at all levels both in the United States and around the world from International 15's and 7's teams; Provincial and Territorial representative teams; Super League and Division I; University, Collegiate and high school clubs. Peter is a former high school athletic director and teacher and has been a full-time rugby coach and development officer since 2003. The former National Team Coach and Rugby Development Officer for Guam, Peter was instrumental in creating the national team program and establishing rugby as a varsity interscholastic sport for Guam middle and high schools. He also worked as a Coach Trainer/Educator and Development Officer for the International Rugby Board (IRB) from 2004 to 2006 where he assisted developing rugby unions with program development and served as technical coach for national and age-grade teams. Currently in addition to his duties at Penn State, Peter is the Director of Coaching for the Rugby Academy, a high school rugby academy program in the Washington DC area, as well as being a Coach Educator for the USA Rugby Coach Development Program. Peter has just finished his master's degree from the University of Maryland in curriculum and instruction in sports coaching with specific research interests in Learning and Conceptual Change, Coach Education and Decision Making in Team Sports. |
| John MacMillan General Manager, Pacific Sport, Victoria BC John was the Head Coach of the Pacific Pride from 1998–2005; From 2001–2003, he was the Assistant Coach of the Canadian Men's National XV Team, including coaching Canada in the 2003 Rugby World Cup; John also has been Head Coach of the Team Ontario Senior Men's Team, the Toronto Renegades, the Crimson Tide, the Brampton Beavers, and St. Andrew’s College; John is one of Canada's most innovative thinkers about the game of Rugby. |
